It is. I've seen it like 3 times. It's very ethereal, but sad also.
It's a story about these three girls who have a connection with the Girl in the Sky, (A girl with pure white angelic wings who had been cursed and vanished 1,000 years ago.) one of them of which is the reincarnation of that person.
